Walking cane with an ivory knob beginning 19th century. A finely relief carving all around the knob with the sitting holy Hieronymus. On his side a lion- his special attribut - his hat, a pile of books and a scull. The knob is fitted on a black painted ebony shaft with knots and thorny horn heels.
