A Student cane with a young man made of ivory with patched trousers, a ripped sleeve holey through shoes with a hat begging for money 2nd half of the 19th century. The handle is attached to a long ivory ferrule with a silver collar with notes of an andante and the dedication P. H. his R. from H. 1867 and a shaft made of Malacca on a long ivory ferrule. Overall length 89 cm.
